The VIP Mena Gala is open exclusively to VIP users from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Turkey (TR), Africa, and Kazakhstan. The VIP Latam Gala is open exclusively to VIP users from the Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Spain. The event is by invitation only, with no purchase or payment required for participation. The invitation criteria are based on the VIP Level and the trading volume accumulated on the platform. Interested VIP users should contact their designated Bybit relationship manager to obtain an event invitation.

• By participating in this event, participants agree that Bybit Fintech Limited may collect, obtain, store, and process their personal data provided in this form for the purpose of arranging travel. Participants hereby give their consent for Bybit to: store and process their Personal Data, disclose their Personal Data to the organizer or Bybit's/their appointed agency to initiate follow-up communications about the project, and disclose their Personal Data to relevant government authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data disclosed to Bybit in this form.

• Bybit reserves the right to the final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes related to this event should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, participants agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts in the organizer's location.

• Bybit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to terminate the event as necessary. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities connected with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. By participating in the VIP Gala event, participants acknowledge and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions.
