Eligibility
- Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to be eligible for this event.
- Only Unified Trading Accounts (UTA) are eligible for the event, including Main Accounts and Subaccounts.
- Market Makers, Pro 3/4/5/6 users, and Institutional users are not eligible for this event. Pro 1 and 2 users are eligible.
- Users must register for the event via the Register Now button on this page to be eligible for rewards.
- Users can participate and compete in all categories of the Squad Showdown.
- Squad Member Ranking Criteria: At the beginning of the competition, if a user's participating account balance is equal to or greater than the asset tier assigned to them, the system will record that balance as the initial equity for the competition. If a withdrawal or transfer occurs later, the yield may be negative.
- Squad Member Rewarding Criteria: If the reward is based on Threshold Volume, a user's Derivatives trading volume must be at least 50,000 USDT during the competition period. If the reward is based on Effective PnL(%) or Profit, a user's trading volume must exceed the specified threshold.
- Copy Trading, trading bot and MT5 volumes are not included. Each participating account's trading volume will be calculated separately. The Main Account's trading volume will exclude the trading volume of all Subaccounts.
Squad Join Criteria
- The squad leader can set the squad join settings. If a squad is set to Open to Public, anyone can join. If a squad is set to Invited Only, a PIN is required to join.
- For regional squads, anyone can join without a PIN.
Early Bird Reward
- The first 20,000 users to register for WSOT 2024 by Oct 4, 2024, 10AM UTC and trade at least $50,000 in the Squad Showdown will each receive a 50 USDT bonus. Rewards will be distributed after the competition ends.
Prize Pools
- Squad PnL(%) Rankings Reward: The top 10 squads will share 20% of the total unlocked prize pool.
- Regional Squad PnL(%) Rankings Reward: The top three (3) squads with the highest Squad PnL(%) points within each language region will share 20% of the total unlocked prize pool. All squads will be ranked within their language regions, which include nine (9) regions: EU – European, EN – English, JA – Japanese, KO – Korean, RU – Russian, SEA – Southeast Asian, UA – Ukrainian, ZH – Mandarin, and OZ – Open Zone.
- Reward Distribution Within the Squad:
- The squad leader will get 20% of their squad's total prize.
- The top 20% squad members will share 30% of the squad's total prize.
- The remaining eligible squad members will share 50% of the squad's total prize.
- Individual Trading Volume Rankings Reward: The top 100 participants with the highest trading volume of all eligible contracts will share 20% of the total unlocked prize pool.
- Individual Profit Rankings Reward: The top 100 in each of the three (3) asset tiers will share 40% of the total unlocked prize pool. The system will calculate the profits of all eligible contracts based on the snapshot prices taken at the time of the last update.
- Lightweight Tier (Account Balance ≥ $500): 10% of the Individual Profit Rankings Prize Pool
- Middleweight Tier (Account Balance ≥ $2,000): 30% of the Individual Profit Rankings Prize Pool
- Heavyweight Tier (Account Balance ≥ $10,000): 60% of the Individual Profit Rankings Prize Pool
- Squad Streak Reward: The squad that remains in the Top 10 Squad PnL(%) Rankings for the most days will share 50,000 USDT.
- Squad of the Year Reward: The squad with the highest number of votes between Oct 10, 2024, 10AM UTC and Oct 21, 2024, 10AM UTC will be awarded The Squad of the Year. All members of the winning squad, as well as all users who voted for this squad, will share 100,000 USDT.
- All rankings in the Squad Showdown will be updated every five (5) minutes.

- Withdrawals: Accumulated withdrawals (incl. any withdrawals and asset exchange) during the competition period.

- If your account balance falls below the threshold of the assigned asset tier, you will not be downgraded to a lower tier. However, if you top up your participating account(s) and exceed the threshold of a higher tier, you will be automatically upgraded, and your rankings will be updated accordingly in the new tier.
Individual Trading Volume Rankings Calculation
- Rankings will be based on users' trading volume.
- Any amount transferred to the Unified Trading account will be considered a deposit, and any amount transferred out of Unified Trading account will be considered a withdrawal.
Calculation for Unified Trading Account (UTA)
PnL(%) will include all USDT and USDC Perpetual contracts, USDC Options, Spot Trading, Spot Margin Trading as well as Leveraged Tokens.
- Transfers from the Funding Account to UTA will count as new deposits.
- Deposits to the UTA will affect PnL(%).
- Transfers from any account to the UTA will affect PnL(%), such as from the Inverse Derivatives or Funding Account.
- Assets exchanged in the UTA will not count as deposit or withdrawals.
- The tokens in your UTA will be converted to their USD equivalent. Your overall PnL(%) may be affected if the price of the tokens fluctuate.
Terms and Conditions
- Squad members can choose to switch to another squad up to one (1) hour before the competition begins.
- If a squad has fewer than 20 members, the system will automatically assign all members (including the squad leader) to a suitable squad randomly, 30 minutes before the competition begins.
- In the event of a tie between squads in the rankings, the squad with the highest PnL(%) will receive the reward.
- Rewards will be distributed to your Rewards Hub within 10 days after the event ends.
- Bybit reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities during the competition, such as wash trading, volume faking, using multiple accounts, or market manipulation.
- If users with similar trading strategies have been detected by our risk detection engine, only the participant with the highest PnL(%) or profit will be allowed to continue in the competition.
- If users have been detected to have engaged in matched trading activities by our risk detection engine, all associated users will be disqualified from the competition.
- During the competition, any user who cancels more than 10 orders per minute may be disqualified.
- This event is not open to users from France, Singapore, United Kingdom.
