    What is Bybit Virtual Card Lite? 

    Bybit Virtual Card Lite is a simplified version of Bybit Virtual Card — a streamlined entry point, offering users a glimpse into what Bybit Card can offer without them having to complete the proof-of-address verification.

     

     

     

    Who’s eligible to apply for a Bybit Virtual Card Lite?

    Anyone with an ID document such as a national ID, passport, Resident Permit (with a validity of at least 6 months), or driving license issued by one of the eligible EEA countries (except Croatia, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, France and Romania) or Switzerland can apply for Virtual Card Lite. 

     

    However, Bybit reserves the final right to decline any applications upon internal evaluation of risk at Bybit’s discretion. 

     

     

     

    Can I appeal if my Virtual Card Lite application is rejected?

    Virtual Care Lite users get to enjoy a lifetime spending limit of 150 EUR, for both fiat and crypto transactions, and the flexibility of upgrading to the Standard Virtual Card after fulfilling the proof-of-address requirements. 

     

     

     

    Do I have access to all Bybit Card benefits once I apply for Bybit Virtual Card Lite? 

    No, Virtual Card Lite is a simplified version of the Standard Virtual Card, with the spending limit capped at 150 EUR. Lite users can upgrade to Virtual Standard to unlock higher spending limits and be eligible for a physical Bybit Card.

     

     

     

    What are the spending limits of a Virtual Card Lite?

    The lifetime spending limit of a Virtual Card Lite is 150 EUR. 

     

     

     

    What currencies does Virtual Card Lite support? 

    Virtual Card Lite supports the following currencies. 

    Fiat: EUR

    Crypto: BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, and USDC

    Can I still apply for a physical Bybit Card after obtaining a Virtual Card Lite? 

    Yes, once your address has been verified, you can apply for a physical Bybit Card. 

     

     

     

    How to activate my Virtual Card Lite? 

    Virtual Card Lite will be automatically activated upon successful application and can be used immediately.

     

     

     

    How to use my Virtual Card Lite?

    You can use your Virtual Card Lite at any merchant that accepts Mastercard. Please note that the Virtual Card Lite is a debit card. Therefore, you will not be able to use it for credit card transactions. Illegal use in connection with your Virtual Card Lite is prohibited and may result in termination. 

     

     

     

    How many Virtual Card Lite can I hold?

    You can only hold one (1) active Virtual Card Lite at a time. 

     

     

     

    Will there be a monthly statement for Virtual Card Lite?

    No, there will not be any monthly statement provided. 

     

     

     

    Can I still use my Virtual Card Lite if my Bybit account is suspended?

    Your Virtual Card Lite transaction will fail if your Bybit account is suspended. 




    If I reach my spending limit of 150 EUR, or my Card Lite has been terminated, can I still redeem rewards? 

    Yes, you can still redeem your rewards as long as you comply with Bybit Card’s Terms and Conditions. 

     

     

     

    If I cancel my current card and apply for a new one, will my rewards point be transferred to the new card? 

    Yes, your rewards point will be automatically transferred to your new card. 



     

    If I upgrade to a standard virtual card from Lite, would I get a new virtual card?

    When you upgrade from Lite to Standard, your card number remains the same. Only your spending limit will increase. Refer to Fees and Limits for more information.
