Bybit Card offers an exciting loyalty program to thank and incentivize you for your continued loyalty and support for using Bybit Card. You can earn Rewards Points when spending with Bybit Card. The points can then be exchanged for various items such as bonuses, coupons, exclusive merchandise and more!

 

How to earn Rewards Points? 

Each user will receive varying point multipliers and monthly caps based on their respective VIP levels with no expiry date. Points earned will accrue and be in pending status for 3 days after the transaction is completed, after which they will be converted into available Rewards Points and ready for redemption at our Rewards Market.

 

To learn more about the variations in points across different VIP levels, kindly refer to the table below:

 

Notes: 

• Only apply to Crypto-funded transactions.  
• The conversion rate is 500 Rewards Points per 1 EUR/GBP.

 

Please note that your reward points amount will be determined by applying the multiplier to your Spending amount. Considering that the cashback formula is equal to your Reward Points in EUR/GBP value divided by the Transaction Amount, your cashback percentage will be calculated as follows:

Rewards Point in EUR/GBP value = (Transaction amount * Multiplier) / 500 Cashback % Formula = Reward Points in EUR/GBP value / Spending amount

Merchant Rebate in Points

Note: 

• All rebates/rewards are given in the form of Rewards Points based on the equivalent value listed in the table above.
• Rebates only apply for official website subscriptions and are paid using Bybit Card.
• Additional spending above the points cap will not accrue additional points.
• Only apply to Crypto-funded transactions.  

 

 

Example

Scenario 1

A VIP 2 user has 299.9 EUR Trading View transactions in a month. 

 

As a VIP 2, user will get 2,999 points (299.9 * 10 multiplier)

Receiving rebate from trading tools = 7,475 points

Total point rewards = 2,999 + 7,475 = 10,474

User is awarded 10,474 points.

 

 

Scenario 2

A VIP 2 user has 2,000 EUR Telegram and 5,500 EUR on 3Commas transaction in a month 

 

As a VIP 2, user will get points 75,000 (2,000 * 10 multiplier) + (5,500 *10 multiplier)

Receiving rebate from Telegram = 2,500

Receiving rebate from 3Commas = 7,500

Total points rewards = 75,000 + 2,500 + 7,500 = 85,000

User ultimately receives 75,000 points, as VIP2 level can only accumulate a maximum of 75,000 points.

 

 

Scenario 3

A VIP 1 user spent 10 EUR on X Blue Subscription

 

As a VIP 1, user will get 50 points (10 * 5 multiplier)

User is awarded 50 points.

How do I redeem items with my Rewards Points?

1. Please go to My Bybit Card and click on Full Details under the Rewards Points.

 

 

2. Select the item you would like to redeem from our Rewards Market using your available points.

 

 

 

3. Click on Redeem to proceed with your transaction. 

 

 

4. Click on Redeem Now to confirm your order, and select Confirm Redemption to process your order.

 

Note: Once the redemption is successful, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

 

 

 

5. (For Bonuses/Coupons/Airdrops only) Upon successful redemption, click on Claim Now to be redirected to Rewards Hub. The bonuses/coupons that you have redeemed successfully in Bybit Card Rewards Market will be stored on My Rewards Hub. You will need to click on Claim to utilize the bonus/coupon. Where can I view my point records?

1. Please go to My Bybit Card and click on Full Details under the Rewards Points.

 

 

2. Click on Records.

 

 

 

3. You can view your Earned and Deducted points by switching between the tabs.

 

 

How can I view my redemption records?

1. Please go to My Bybit Card and click on Full Details under the Rewards Points. 

 

 

2. Click on Orders.

 

 

3. You can view both successful and failed redemption records.

 

 

 

4. By clicking on Details, you can access all the information related to your redemption, including the order ID, creation time, completion time, coin type, currency, bonus amount, and point payment amount.

 

 

Why did the redemption fail?

There are a few possible reasons that cause redemption failure. Please refer to the details below:

a. ​​Insufficient points: You may not have enough points to redeem the item you selected. You can earn points by spending with your Bybit Card. For every 1 EUR/GBP spent, you earn 1 point.

 

 

b. Redemption limit: There may be a limit to the number of times you can redeem a particular reward. You may see “We’ve run out of stock!” on the product you selected. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date on when the product will be back in stock. 

 

 

 

c. Technical issue: There may be a technical issue preventing you from making the redemption. Please check your points balance, and redemption limit, and contact our support team by submitting a webform with your order ID if you continue to experience issues with making redemptions.

 

 

 

Do all Bybit Card transactions qualify for rewards? Are there any exceptions?

The following transactions are not eligible for Rewards Points on the Bybit Card:

a) Any fees or charges, including but not limited to annual card fees, service fees, administrative fees, as well as other miscellaneous fees and charges.

b)  Any transaction paid with Fiat is not eligible.

c) Any amount charged to your Bybit Card that is subsequently canceled, voided, refunded, or reversed.

d) Top-ups or funds payment to prepaid cards or accounts, including transactions classified under the following Merchant Category Codes:

• Financial Institutions – Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment (6012)
• Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load (6540)
• Specific accounts as specified by us from time to time. m. Transactions are classified under one or more of the following Merchant Category Codes:
• 6051 (Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, Non-Fiat Currency, Money Orders, Account Funding, Travelers Cheques, and Debt Repayment)
• 4829 (Money Transfer)
• Any other charges, fees, transactions, or payments stipulated by us from time to time.
