Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you — as a buyer — start your first P2P HotSwap  transaction on Bybit.

 

 

 

Step 1: Navigate to the One-Click Buy page by clicking on Buy Crypto → One-Click Buy located at the top left corner of the navigation bar.
 

 

 

Step 2: Place your order by following these steps:

1. Choose the fiat currency you want to pay with.
2. Select the coin you'd like to receive in your Funding Account.
3. Enter the purchase amount, either in fiat currency or coin amount, based on your preference.
4. Select your preferred P2P payment method.
5. Click on Buy With [Fiat].
6. Acknowledge the P2P HotSwap Transaction Service Agreement.
7. Click on Confirm to create your order.

 

 

Please note that if no matching advertisement is found, please go back and recreate your order to ensure proper results.

 

Step 3: Make the payment using the selected P2P payment method. Once the payment is successfully processed, click on Payment Complete. This will inform the seller that you have completed the payment and allow them to release the coins to your Funding Account.
 

 

Notes:

— For P2P HotSwap transactions, a HotSwap label is provided for you to distinguish between P2P Trading and P2P HotSwap. 

— A P2P Order Chat Box is available for easy communication with sellers in real time.

 

 

Step 4: Once the seller releases the purchased coins, you can click on Check Asset to view them and your transaction history.  You can also check your order status from the P2P Order History. 

 

In certain situations, the order price and current market price might exceed the allowable spread range. In this case, you'll be given two (2) options:

 

Option 1: Confirm the latest price provided, which expires in 30 seconds.

 

 

Option 2: If you do not accept the updated price, please click on "I do not want to accept the updated price." In this case, you will receive USDT calculated based on the advertiser's quotation instead of the original coin you intended to purchase.

 

 

 

 

Submit Your Appeal 

If the seller fails to release the coins after 10 minutes, you can click on Submit Appeal. 

 

 

Our Customer Support team will reach out to you. During this period, please do not cancel the order unless you've received a refund from your seller.
