Can users withdraw the bonuses?

Same as trading bonuses, affiliate bonuses cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. Please be aware that any withdrawal request submissions will also result in the zeroing of all bonuses for that particular coin type. When will traders receive the bonus?

For most cases, bonuses will be credited within 3 - 5 working days after the conclusion of the affiliate campaign.

Can traders perform Assets Exchange after receiving the bonuses?

Will these bonuses expire? 

Yes, bonuses and coupons will expire when either of the following conditions is met

1) Did not claim the bonus/coupon vouchers before the stipulated validity inside Rewards Hub

2) Did not utilize the bonus/coupon within 21 days after redemption 

Note: After the bonus/coupon is partially utilized, the remaining amount will not expire.
