Enable Biometric Verification for Bybit Card Payments
On App
Step 1: Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner of the Bybit App homepage and select Security.
Step 2: Toggle biometrics verification, such as Face ID or Fingerprint.
Please note that you must enable push notifications from the Bybit App on your device.
Change Your Security Questions
On Desktop
Step 1: Please head to the My Bybit Card page and click on Settings.
Step 2: Click on Reset.
Step 3: Select three (3) security questions and key in the answers, then click on Submit. Please note that the answers you enter are case-sensitive.
Step 4: Enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code to confirm your action.
We currently do not support viewing PINs through the Bybit App or Website. If you have forgotten your PIN, you may reset it by following the guide here.
You can reset your PIN through the Card Management page.
Step 1: Please head to the Card Management page and click on 'Reset PIN'.
Step 2: Set and verify your new PIN.
Step 3: After resetting your PIN, you must reactivate your card again through a Mastercard ATM before you can use it to make any online or in-store payments. This is to allow the newly set PIN to be updated on your card chip. You can activate it by performing a cash withdrawal or balance inquiry transaction.
Temporarily Freeze and Unfreeze Your Bybit Card
On Desktop
Step 1: Please head to the Card Management page.
Step 2: Select Freeze to temporarily disable your Bybit Card when you are not using it. To reactivate your Bybit Card, select Unfreeze.
Note: Selecting Report Lost/Stolen will result in your Bybit card being terminated and replaced. You should only choose this option if your Bybit Card has been compromised, such as lost or stolen.
Step 3: Enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code to confirm your action.

Report Lost/Stolen for Your Bybit Card
When your Bybit Card has been compromised, such as lost or stolen, please follow the steps below to immediately terminate and replace your Bybit Card to protect the safety of your funds.
On Desktop
Step 1: Please head to the Card Management page.
Step 2: Select Report Lost/Stolen. Your Bybit Card will be terminated and replaced with a new card instantly.
Step 3: Enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code to confirm your action.

On Desktop
Step 1: Please head to the Card Management page.
Step 2: Click on Replace Card.
Step 3: Select 'It was lost or compromised (fraud, stolen, etc.)' and click on Next.
Step 4: After the security verification is completed (entering email and Google 2FA verification), you will be prompted to terminate your card immediately.
Step 5: Click on Apply to initiate the application process again for your new physical card.
